Fascial Flow®
We begin with small, soft movements at a calm pace. Fascial Flow® works with the body’s connective tissue and invites greater body awareness, mobility and a sense of more space in the body.
Alone or with a partner
A day with room to slow down, feel your body and give yourself a break from everyday life.
We live in a time of many impressions, a fast pace and a constant stream of small and large demands on our attention. Often we only realise how much we have been “on” when the body begins to call for a pause.
This workshop is created as a small break from everything you have to get done and deal with. Through gentle movement, deep rest, heat, cold and nourishing food, the body gets time and space to change pace. A day with room to slow down, feel your body and give yourself a break from everyday life.
We begin with small, soft movements at a calm pace. Fascial Flow® works with the body’s connective tissue and invites greater body awareness, mobility and a sense of more space in the body.
From here we move into deep rest. You sit or lie comfortably supported by soft wool mats, blankets and eye pillows. The poses are held for a longer time, so the body does not have to perform or do – but is simply allowed to be.
From the stillness we move on into the heat. Anna guides three sensory gus rounds with pure essential oils. Through heat, scents, breath and pauses, you are invited to feel your body and be present in what is happening right now. Between the rounds you can cool down in our cold-water tub or under the outdoor shower.
After the gus we gather around a delicious, nourishing lunch and let the day’s experiences land before we say thank you for today. Along the way we also serve healthy snacks, energy shots and vitamin juice. You need no experience with yoga, Fascial Flow® or SaunaGus. The day is for anyone longing for a few hours of less pace, more presence and care for themselves.

The workshop is facilitated by Anna Emilie Hvas, psychotherapist MPF, Restorative Yoga teacher, Fascial Flow® guide, NADA practitioner and sauna gus master. Her teaching is down-to-earth and gentle, and built on a fundamental curiosity about the body’s own intelligence.
